I booked a reservation in excitement to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We get here at 7:00 and realize there’s a company Christmas party downstairs- no big deal. We are at first paid attention to, served appetizers and drinks within a reasonable amount of time. Then we place our main course orders. An hour goes by. Another 30 minutes go by. And then another 30 minutes. No main course. At this point it’s been 2 hours. The wait staff is apologetic and brings over a manager. The manager is very kind, and apologetic as well, and comps our meal as my boyfriend’s birthday dinner was quite frankly ruined. He tells us our food is being plated now, so we decide to give it a shot and we stay to eat it. I ordered a filet, cooked medium, and I cut into it to see a rare steak. After waiting 2 hours to receive my steak, it is (un)cooked to a point where I cannot eat it. Extremely disappointing first (and last) experience at Prime 47.

We are in town for a convention and wanted to eat there they said it was going to be a 45 minute wait which we were fine with so we were put on the waitlist and said they would text us when our table was ready. They sent a confirmation text that we were on the list then we never received another text and now they are closed what a true disappointment
